Rather than working solely in public health, Nakibinge channeled his understanding of ecosystems and community welfare directly into fine art. His paintings gained rapid recognition across Uganda and neighboring Kenya, leading to feature exhibitions at Afriart Gallery in Kampala, Diani Beach Art Gallery, and Photizo Art Gallery in Nairobi.
In 2010, Nakibinge exhibited at Nairobi’s historic Gallery Watatu, embedding his work in the cross-border visual dialogue between Ugandan and Kenyan artists. His distinctive acrylic works subsequently caught the eye of international curators, leading to showcases in Japan, Germany, the United States, and inclusion in the global Imago Mundi Collection.
